Penn Yan Manor has been providing 24-hour care to elderly, disabled and handicapped since 1971. The manor has a warm, loving atmosphere where each resident is treated as a very special person. The staff and volunteers pride themselves on offering the highest quality of life possible to the residents of the 46-bed facility through skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
Penn Yan Manor has a bright, spacious dining room, laundry, treatment rooms, beauty shop and kitchenette. Comfortable visiting areas with TV’s are located in each wing of the building.
An underground tunnel connects the Manor with Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital which provides care and safety between the facilities for services, meals and to transport residents.
Penn Yan Manor is licensed by the New York State Health Department. We are Medicare and Medicaid approved!
